Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly topic hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week she provide a topic and you are free to use that topic and/or variations of that topic to make your top ten list. A full list of the weekly themes can be found here.
Today’s topic is books that are on my to-be-read pile for the summer.

I’ve read the first book in the series, and I hope to get to this one over the summer.

I found this book by accident, as I’ve been shifting books at the library I work at. I’ve already started this one, and I’m loving it so far!

The summer book we’re reading at my work.

The pick for July for a book club I’m in (this one is not associated with work).

The pick for August for the book club I’m in!

An eARC I received.

Another eARC I received. McConaghy’s first book was amazing, so I’m looking forward to this one!

I mean look at this cover! Plus, it’s an LGBTQ+ story, so what else do you need to know. (Also, yes, it’s another eARC).

I finally got a copy of this book, so I’m super excited to get to it!

Another book I recently bought, and I cannot wait to get to it.
Happy Reading, Darlings!
Malibu Rising should have been on my list too: it is sitting on my shelf and looking oh so Summery! I might do a quick edit to add it!
I do have The Wayfarers on my list too, though I am on book 3! Hope you enjoy enjoy Closed and Common Orbit as much as I did! And I love Ada Lovelace!

Ah I love Becky Chambers. And I really enjoyed Uprooted as well! I hope you will enjoy all these books.
I loved Persuasion, keep seeing about the new adaptation they’re doing with Dakota Johnson – really hope they do it justice! I liked Uprooted too.

awesome list and i love how it covers several genres. P.S. I love that you are book reading in office, too! that’s just awesome!
Thank you! I’ve never stayed in one genre. I just think there are so many great stories from any genre, that I feel like I’m missing out. And reading non-fiction is just for the fact that I love learning for the sake of learning!
Yes, the office I work at is pretty great in that regard!
Atomic Habits is an interesting read! Hope you manage to get to all of these, I just finished Malibu Rising myself. Happy reading! https://readwithstefani.com/books-on-my-summer-2021-tbr/
A Closed and Common Orbit sure sounds good!

So far, it’s very interesting!! I definitely want to keep reading it but life keeps getting in the way.
I’ve read 2 from this list, one I liked and one was okay. Atomic habits was okay, I didn’t take away enough from it as I was hoping, plus I think he should have elaborated on the 1% thing more. But I read a lot of books like this so he was probably repeating stuff I had read elsewhere. Persuasion is really great and easy and quick to read, enjoy.
Hmm, that’s a bit disappointing, but I’m more glad now that I didn’t have to buy the book myself (the library I work at is covering the cost).
I chose Malibu Rising as one of my BOTM selections this month. Can’t wait to start it.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday Thank you!
Me too!!
I hope you enjoy Uprooted more than I did!

Maiden Voyages is also on my TBR list. Hope we both enjoy it! 🙂
I haven’t started the Wayfarers series but I’m so excited to after hearing great things, and Once There Were Wolves is on my TBR too!
Oh, The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet is sooo good!! Word of warning, it is a bit more character-focused than plot-focused (in my opinion at least).
I bet the Ada Lovelace book is fascinating. Can you imagine what Byron’s daughter would have seen and heard?! My TTT is here: https://wordywitterings.com/2021/06/15/top-ten-tuesday-books-on-my-summer-tbr-list/
