Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly topic hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week she provide a topic and you are free to use that topic and/or variations of that topic to make your top ten list. A full list of the weekly themes can be found here.
This week’s topic is on completed series that had more books. I’m not a huge fan of this topic and couldn’t really find series that were that way. Lately, I’ve been burned out by the time I get to the last book. For this week, I’m going rogue and discussing the series were I’ve read one or two of the books and still want to finish.

I actually have the 2nd book, but once I saw that a third book was coming, I waited to read it until I owned the 3rd book. I’m super excited to get back to these characters and this story and to see what happens with Avery and the Hawthornes.

Another one were I do own the 2nd book. I want to re-read the first one before reading the 2nd book but just haven’t had the time yet. Hopefully, in the next month or so, I’ll be able to re-read this one and read the 2nd one.

I loved the first book of this series and have just not picked up the rest yet. I’m excited to see what happens to the characters and this world.

Okay, for this one the second book isn’t coming out till November, which I didn’t know this was a series until I finished the first one!! I was a bit miffed, but it’s okay. I’m interested to see what happens with the girls and this curse that’s attacking them.

While I only just started reading this one on Sunday, I’m already pulled into the story and am definitely going to be finishing this series! It’s absolutely great to see a retelling in Shanghai, and I love how the story is set up so far.

Ugh!! This book gave me all the feels! I am absolutely excited to see what’s going to happen to Deka, her friends, and the whole world now that the goddesses are back!

I remember coming across this book back in 2016 while browsing at a bookstore. I couldn’t tell you on pain of death what happens because unfortunately, life, responsibilities, adulthood happened. I know I read the 2nd and 3rd ones, but I really want to re-read and finish the series. I love anything and everything about Sherlock Holmes and hope to come back to the world of their descendants soon.
Happy Reading Darlings!
I hope you enjoy all of these series as you read more of them!
