TTT | Books to Read in a Day

Posted February 6, 2024 by TheNonbinaryLibrarian in top ten tuesday / 6 Comments

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly topic hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week she provides a topic, and you are free to use that topic and/or variations of that topic to make your top ten list. A full list of the weekly themes can be found here.

I want to preface this by saying I am a fast reader. I’ve always been a fast reader, and then around middle school my grandma signed me up for a speed reading course. It was all down hill from there. So, some of these may not necessarily be read in a day if you are a slower reader, and that is OKAY! I sometimes wish I read slower. Don’t let anyone make you feel bad or guilty for savoring books.

All three of those are so good, and I highly recommend them. I will say I have friends who’ve read How You Lose the Time War who were confused by the time travel, so you have to suspend your disbelief when reading that one.

I’d recommend all of them. Especially since they’re all so short, it doesn’t feel like a waste.
